It has a perfect location to cool off and enjoy the birds and animals that live around, the sound of the birds in the background is almost magical. The house was designed with an open living room, dining room and kitchen to merge the state of relaxation you seek on your vacation and the natural environment and singing of birds and insects. The rooms have A/C, smart TV, double bed, comfortable pillows and sheets, and towels. The kitchen is equipped so you can prepare your meals to taste. Always remember that the managers are your neighbors and are happy to provide you with any information or help you need.
Casa Hojas de Hierba is located on the north side of Jacó Beach, exactly 10 minutes by car from the sand and waves.
The property has two houses, the project managers live in the house at the back with their pets, and will be happy to guide you a little to a great vacation. The house has a secure parking, WIFI, Gardener, Concierge at the pool and the coordinated house, the 3mx3m pool.
In this house the song of nature is lit day and night. It is a simple house with open areas to enjoy of fresh air and natural light.
The best thing is the location, neighbors of a protected wetland full of animals, many birds and beautiful plants and best of all, it is only 10 minutes from the beautiful Jacó beach.

Terms and Conditions
It is important to highlight some points that are essential for the best enjoyment of the house.
- USE OF THE POOL: Please shower before entering the pool, as sand causes damage to the pipes, and it also helps to keep the water always clean and fresh. DO NOT bring glass dishes or glasses into the pool area. Pets are not allowed in the pool, but you can cool them off in the outdoor shower.
- Please leave all food and rubbish well stored and tidy as it attracts animals and insects. Cigarette butts should always go in the rubbish bin. The important thing is that to the right of the property is the wetland with turtles, lizards, frogs, birds and we do not want the garbage to end up there.
- Please turn off the A/C and fan when not in use, as well as the light in the pool and surroundings.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house, bathroom or bedrooms, but feel free to do so in the outside areas and please throw the cigarette butts in the trash can.
- Surprise visits are not accepted. Please, if you have visitors, you must consult with the managers beforehand for authorization, conditions and price. As we are pet-friendly, you must inform us at the time of booking if you are coming with your pets to confirm conditions and price.
- Please do not bring sand into the house or shower, as the shower system will be damaged. Do not enter the rooms wet.
- Noise is prohibited after 10 p.m., such as parties or loud music.
- A $100 cash deposit is required upon check-in and is returned in full after confirming that everything is OK in good condition at check-out.
